About Operational Intelligence
OI combine consultancy with training to optimise data centre reliability and energy performance
The human element in building services is often overlooked. It's easy to design something which works well on paper but is not practical to operate or maintain. Knowledge transfer between different project stakeholders is often poor, so after handover the operator may have few details of original design intent. Through collaborative on site workshops where industry best practice and project specific details are shared, it is possible to support operators to deliver better performing buildings.
